Week 10 “High % @UWinCollege Selections

Last week had but two selections, 1 favorite and 1 underdog, Louisville, and Texas State now coached by Dennis Francione of TCU, Alabama and Texas A&M fame.  Both covered.  Louisville was still smarting after the Central FL loss at home and decided South Florida did not deserve to score, they held them to 3 points.  With that they covered being a 3 touchdown favorite.  To round out the 2 victories we had Texas State atRead More

Week 9 – A Small 100% Winner, Back on Track..

Week 9 had only 2 selections, 1 favorite and 1 underdog.  Louisville was on the road at South Florida, a team that was showing some life.  Louisville was favored by –20, coming off a loss to Central Florida at home giving up 38 points.  The game could have been a letdown for Louisville, especially after a loss that destroyed their unbeaten status.  Looked like a big spread, but Louisville decided defense was the order ofRead More

Central Florida on a Friday night was a good start, but the usual suspects for Week 8 all bellied up and looked really bad in the process.  We had 4 selections that included Army, Kent State, New Mexico and Connecticut, just going through the motions and losing by big margins with no chance of covering after the first few minutes of any of those games. Our lone Saturday win was Temple as they had movedRead More

Week 8 – After a solid run, a tough week.

Week 8 had some very weak teams in the list, and they proved they were extremely weak.  We had 2 Wins versus 4 Losses.  Our first win was on Friday night with Central Florida not only covering, but winning outright as a 2 touchdown underdog.  But Saturday was ugly with only 1 win and that was Temple, “and it was due to a special situation”.  Here is our explanation.  Our complete database is founded uponRead More

It was an uneventful Week 7 and it had the feel of a stock market correction on light volume. For the last 4 weeks we had been winning at a very respectable 65% clip. In that span there were 3 solid winning weeks and 1 week that broke even. Having another breakeven week gives as 5 straight weeks of winning, including 2 breakeven weeks. Great performance in anybody’s book so this week’s breakeven week hadRead More

Week 6 continued our winning ways with 3 Wins 2 Losses (60%).  For the last 4 weeks our high % picks are 13-7 (65%).  BYU on Friday night proved a stress free cover. Up next, Ball State fell behind 17-7 as a +3.5 underdog, then rallied in the 2nd half to win outright covering with ease.  Then an unknown,  Minnesota’s coach croaks and the team goes on to completely lay down against Michigan, losing aRead More

Week 6 – Sound scary to have to win late with Kentucky for 60% Winning Week? It happened!

Continuing our winning ways with 3 Wins 2 Losses (60%) for Week 6.  For the last 4 weeks our high % picks are 13-7 (65%).  BYU on Friday night proved a stress free cover. Up next, Ball State fell behind 17-7 as a +3.5 underdog, then rallied in the 2nd half to win outright, covering with ease.  Then an unknown,  Minnesota’s coach croaks again and for his own good, should seek a less stressful occupation. Read More

The previous 5th week’s selections list was straight from bettor’s hell. Some really bad and average teams would have to do well in adverse situations to even think of winning. We thought our leading candidate to cover was Mississippi, getting better than 2 touchdowns vs. Alabama, but Mississippi ended up completely inept in the red zone and fizzled completely in the 4th. But guess what, the bad teams all covered. And I’m talking about theRead More
